Electron energy-loss spectrum analysis

I ran tilt-series EELS experiments on multilayer hBN in a Cs-corrected TEM and wrote a Python (SciPy) analysis script, applied across the spectrum files, that extracts the relative π and σ peak weights of the boron and nitrogen K-edges; the measured weights tracked theory with correlation coefficients of about 0.96 and 0.97 (Scripta Materialia, 2021).
